Returns Form

You may request for a refund/exchange if you fulfill the following criteria:

1) product is returned within 7 days from receipt

2) product must be unused & unopened

3) product must be in its original packaging and in the same condition you received it in

We take hygiene very seriously. We reserve the right to reject any returned products we deemed to be opened/used & a processing fee of SGD 5 will be charged for invalid returns. Don't return open/used products alright?

Here's a few other things you need to note:

1) Shipping costs are non-refundable

2) You are responsible for return shipping costs

3) If we do not receive your returned parcel, we cannot process your refund :( We recommend that you use a tracked service to return your parcel as all transport risk is to be borne by the sender

4) If you've received a wrong/defective product, return shipping costs will be borne by us as this is absolutely no fault of yours!
